Lion Rock Resources is advancing the Volney Project in South Dakota’s Black Hills, a historic high-grade gold district featuring the Homestake mine (40 million oz Au produced). Established infrastructure and active operations are nearby.

An extensive sampling program at Volney in early 2025 encountered high-grade gold and concentrate-grade lithium in multiple locations. Providing exposure to two key commodities in a single exploration system.

A 15-hole, drill program has recently been completed, representing the first modern drill testing along the Volney trend. Results are pending and the Company is already planning an expanded Phase 2 program
